the store is live. every friday someone in the office exports orders, cleans six columns, and emails a file the 3pl already described in a spec shopify will not create. if that person is out, the warehouse waits.
what i’d actually build
one webhook. one transform. one file in the shape they already accept. no new dashboard. the friday job goes away.
