client work
this is the client work.
i don’t sell packages. you bring what’s stuck — shopify, the operations, the apps that don’t talk. i thrive in challenging, complex work. the apps anyone can use are on the home page.
shopify · custom apps · api integrations · workflows · operations · wholesale · qbo · crm · webhooks · ios + android
this is for
shopify is up. the work around it isn’t.
custom apps, plus, checkout, wholesale, the part the app store doesn’t cover. that’s the job.
the tools you already pay for don’t talk.
qbo, the warehouse, the crm, stripe. i connect them so nobody is copying data by hand.
one person who can say yes.
we start with one small project you can use in a couple of weeks. then monthly work if we both want it.
this isn’t
just a wordpress. just a theme.
you want a different shop. no hard feelings.
a week of workshops before anyone builds.
if i need a workshop to know if i can help, i can’t help.
a committee, or “we need an ai strategy.”
pick a person. pick what’s stuck. otherwise this isn’t a fit.
shopify
the store is live and the rest of the business still runs on spreadsheets. custom apps, checkout, plus, metafields, wholesale — and the part where shopify has to talk to qbo, the warehouse, the crm, and whatever the last person left half-finished.
custom apps
internal tools, account portals, a crm that matches how you already work. not another saas you have to bend around. a small system that does the one hard job.
workflows + operations
the process lives in somebody’s head, a group chat, and three spreadsheets. i turn that into a workflow people will actually use. orders, intake, approvals, the handoff that keeps breaking in the same place.
api integrations
shopify to qbo. stripe to the back office. the warehouse knows, the software does not. this is the part i like. i thrive in challenging, complex work — making the tools you already pay for talk to each other.
mobile
when the work has to live in a pocket. ios + android. field sales, the floor, the truck.
ai tools
not “we do ai.” a tool that removes a stupid weekly task, trained on your stuff. intake, support, the report nobody wants to write again. deskq is the public example.
websites
a site when you actually need one. clear, fast, about what you do. not a 40-page brochure that can’t take an order.
how we start
wholesale ordering portal
about 2 weeks
their pricing, their catalog, a cart reps will actually use. the office sees the same numbers.
shopify numbers match qbo
about 10 days
figure out why the connector is wrong. then fix or replace the part it misses. month-end stops being a fight.
the friday handoff
about 1 week
the one break that happens every week, turned into a workflow people will use.
rescue
scoped after one written note
half-finished app, theme, broken webhooks. i tell you what’s worth saving before i touch it.
first project is usually a few thousand dollars and a couple of weeks. after that we can set up monthly work if we both want it. if you just need a wordpress site, this isn’t the right fit.
a few clients at a time. that’s the point.
the complex stuff is the job. if that’s what’s stuck, tell me.
